I use protein powder, for everything. I am what you call a hard gainer or ectomorph so anytime i can add some extra protein grams to my food intake the better. I have never tried plant based protein before now, and i got to say. The flavor is OUTSTANDING. I was expecting it to be bland from the regular protein shakes i drink, but there is no difference in the flavor and its better for your health. You have me sold.

I have been diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer. I started a plant-based diet the week I learned this news. I hunt and fish as often as I can, and I eat everything from my catches as possible. It’s unbelievable how unhealthy certain meats are nowadays that you can buy from the grocery store.
