The signature protein crunch bars sounds amazing. But I am really concerned about the sugar amount it consist of. If I over eat this product, I will roll quicker than walking lol. Actually, I am a health-conscious person since my SGPT result has been getting i little bit higher than normal, but sometimes when my daughter grabs some chocolate bars when we are doing some groceries shopping.
I have been doing workouts in the gym and I saw some of my mates in the Gym eating some of this product Protein bar, and they offered me one and I tried it, well it was the awesome taste.

Daniel, my friend, I think you found a protein bar here that provides exactly what they need after a good workout! I appreciate that you discuss its flaws too. I think six grams of sugar is quite a lot for a protein bar, but fortunately it has a good amount of fiber, which will help slow down the digestion of the sugar. So it might not have too much negative affects. I personally haven’t eaten too many protein bars, but I will probably try this one out!

Seems like Signature protein crunch bar are taste wonderful because of the extra sugar they added into it. Most of the times protein bars are taste average but due to It’s Nutritious nature we consume those without bothering the taste. I have tried protein shakes and protein bars and I agree they are an easy alternative to eating. But I honestly think they are great for snacking and they for sure stop cravings. Nothing replaces eating healthy and consuming a balanced diet of all the healthy food groups and getting regular exercise and that comes down to movement and stretching, and working. I used to do a lot of working out like swimming, roller skating, walking, and rowing a boat, but as I have got older I found reasons to not enjoy the beauty of movement and exercise which saddens me.
