This is a great article, Daniel. I’ve lost 16 pounds over a 6-month period, I’m weighing in at 138lbs now. The collagen drink would be more for me as I’m in my 60’s. I do have a question about how it would affect me as I have Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation. For protein I usually eat beans, nuts and a steak now and then. I’m into life changing healthy eating habits since I’m 80% higher risk for stroke. I do get tired of eating so a drink in the morning sounds like a solution.
