The Gatorade protein smoothie has the advantage of being sugar-free. It’s tough to find a protein drink with little to no sugar, therefore the Gatorade protein shake comes out on top in this category.

I drink Gatorade all the time, especially the Gatorade zero. Have heard about Gatorade protein but never used the protein shake as taught getting all the vitamins needed in Gatorade zero. I would have to agree with you. When I think of a protein shake, I think of at least 20 grams of protein. I guess if you are just drinking it to get hydrated, not for the protein, then the protein in it would be an added bonus. Personally I don’t really care for the Gatorade product itself. To me it’s salty tasting. I will stick with the regular protein powder I have to mix my shakes.
We all have what works for us. If the protein powder works for you then stick to it.
I am surprised to hear that the Gatorade Smoothie on has 10 grams of protein. It would seem to me that as a sports smoothie it would have a larger amount of protein. I am glad to hear that it has on 1 gram of sugar, but the artificial sweetener may have other side effects that are not listed. I am by no way condemning Gatorade for the smoothie but perhaps they should have researched it better.

This is the first time I have come across a website committed to the promotion of protein shakes. As far as I know, only young adults like my son, who works out consume these products. I am familiar with the brand Gatorade but have not seen in selling protein shakes. Maybe I have not been shopping in malls and health shops for a long time!

Gatorade already has a name in the market for energizer drinks. I am surprised that they now do protein shakes. I agree with the article that their drinks are mostly consumed buy athletes. The first first thing that always stand out for me with Gatorade are the very bright colors of the drink that are not so healthy. When I think of shakes I think nutritional substance. Some natural coconut water or spring water will do great with shakes in my opinion!

Wow, I’m totally in shock. I had no idea that Gatorade entered the protein shake market. I have to agree with your article, as I don’t think 10 grams of protein is enough to call it a protein shake and if people don’t check this out, they are going to drink it and become hungry soon afterward. Gatorade should indeed stick to their sports drinks for replenishing those lost electrolytes when working out or being active.

This Protein Shake, I believe can also be beneficial for people who have active lifestyle and not only just athletes. Although it is extremely useful for athletes. Quantity and quality is considered very efficiently to make it work better. Also this is a Premium brand and being chosen by Amazon, it is definitely a product not to be ignored. People shouldn’t just rely on protein shake but should also consume the regular healthy diet like fresh fruits and vegetables.

You can buy a pre-made protein shake. It is also good for you. I would recommend the premier protein shake or the pure protein shake.
